ARTIST BIO

Naama, an artist living and creating in Switzerland over the last decade.

Graduate of the college of art and design "Betzalel" in Jerusalem, the Ceramic design department.

Working with clay all her life, and it's her greatest passion, but throughout the years has experienced work with different materials.

​

Her works speak in an organic language and inspired by nature, sea shapes. But more than its physicality, she's searching for the darker side of the sea, the dangers it entangles, and creating the esthetics of a catastrophe about to happen.   

The pieces she creates embody some of her own life experiences, and the cultural background she's coming from.

Like many women her age, it has been a struggle to find a room of ones own, yet all through these years she kept creating and sharing her passion by teaching.
